The service was terrible! The truck was not clean and it rode like it was about to break down! The return process after hours is a rip off! The app never worked so that mean they Wil automatically charge you an additional $20. That's fraud! They also charged me for fuel after I returned it with more fuel than it had to start out with! The location also closed at 6pm . However, I returned at 5:30pm and everyone was gone! Which made me have to return through the app! I would say stay far away from this place. The owner was in there she was very snappy and some what rude to me and I smile the entire time hoping she would also! Yeah I will not be back!

Young Lady was the most unprofessional, and nasty person I have ever encountered. Hopefully she was just having a bad day today! Beware!! Usually my experience is pleasant at Uhaul.

I bought 10 boxes of paper that were tagged with $12.95 only to be told the price went up to $19.95 despite the posted price the clerk said he had to charge me the new price. That's not right! However, given the 3.3 stars google has you all rated at, I shouldn't be surprised.

The representative did my reservation and scheduling wrong with wrong mileage. I been trying to fight the charges and have not gotten a response from anyone.
