The Chamber MUST take a leadership role and provide classes to service people.
At Waffel house, Mcdonalds and the comfort inn, all on Macon road, service ranged from non existant to surley
However in the same area, Country BBQ, just off Macon Rd, both service and food was excellent. It can be done in Columbus
Clearly some merchants in Columbus can provide Excellent customer service, however, r many other's service sucks!
The Chamber must address this glaring issue
