        I visited Piedmont Columbus Regional over the weekend and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Varner. My grandfather was hospitalized and then placed in palliative care. Her beside manner and genuine care is superb. She was very helpful in so many ways and was happy to answer any questions or concerns. I cannot thank her enough. She really made us all feel relaxed and heard during such a stressful and emotional time.
