        The office keeps putting my service is completed from my refrigerator but I never got it fixed. My refrigerator is falling into pieces and they dont do anything about it

        This apartment complex made a clerical error supposedly and denied my application after approving it without letting me know before I had utilities connected and caused a great deal of wasted time and money to my family

        After being approved, I decided not to move here. I continuously called and stopped by the leasing office to get details on how to pay to complete my move. Never did receive any welcome letter or instructions and i assume its because they are so short staffed - leasing agent looked exhausted &explained he was the only one there. we found somewhere else to move bc if they are unresponsive for a move-in then probably wont fix anything either.
