        Brookfield was a quiet nice place Lakita was very professional and also helpful from move in till move out. I seen many other managers come thru but Lakita honestly made me feel like she cared for my apartment like I did. Thanks Mr. Epps.

        Please READ!!! These apartments are filthy! Shower cracking, water damage, and bugs! Thry dont even pick up your trash on time! It overflows at the dumpster!! GO AHEAD, TAKE A RIDE THROUGH THIS COMPLEX & TELL ME WHAT U SEE!! Dont let them finesse you. They dont care if yo AC broke & u caring for a 2 month old baby THEY AINT GONE FIX IT for another 6 months. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
