Very unprofessional company. I called for a quote and was greeted in a very rude and nasty manner. Im not sure who I was even speaking to, but I hung right up on her. I know I may sound young, but Im a grown woman! If you cannot speak to me in a respectful manner, you will not have me as a customer! Do better with your customer service!

Trash customer service. I tried getting insurance with them and they act like they don't want my money. I've been insured with them for like 6 months and unfortunately my insurance lapsed and I was unaware and wanted to get a new policy but she denied me. I've never went to any insurance provider and they say they can't start a new policy.

This company is cheap for a reason. I had an issue with processing a patient and the staff was rude and lacked Rory to truly assist me, so I asked to speak to a supervisor who I guess is the owner of the company and he was just as rude so done I got no where with him we exchanged words and he hung up that weekend I was pulled over immediately and my car was towed and I reserved a ticket for failure to pay insurance. It all seemed odd to me since it happened so quickly. I wouldnt trust dealing with this company thru an insurance like a car wreck. This family owned company can serve up an attitude and youre left with the end of the stick. Poor attitudes and no one to hold them accountable.
