        Went in to replace my debit card. Was there over an hour? Went and ask the young lady up front. What was the problem Her response was people had appointment before you with a Slight attitude. It only took 3 minutes to . Give me a new card My first bad experience

        The service is fine. I have been living in Covington 4yrs now. This branch is always busy regardless the time. Regardless the day. Regardless the service you need. Has been all four years I've had to come. The bank needs adequate amount of employees to service customers. It is frustrating to have to wait 2 hrs for a notary service. I've been waiting over an 1.5 hrs to do a wire transfer. Where are the representatives? All I hear is express and every customer leaving before me after arriving after me.
