The personnel I encountered at time of visit were professional, willingly to please and gentle. The offices dentistry technology is current.

The Doctor and staff very professional and compassionate. Had four extractions and bridge work done. No pain except for the needles.

I would rate Dr. Browner with five stars. My experiences with her has been excellent with great bedside manners and care of her patients. However, my encounters with Jekalyn, the office staff member has NOT been great at all. The rate would be two stars. I was interested in the Invisalign in November 2023. Paid for the aligners. Due to poor communication and the ball dropping somewhere in the office, I had to request a refund Feb. 14th with Jekalyn. Until this day, I have not received my refund yet. I asked Jekalyn could I speak with the manager, she stated she was the manager. I asked could I speak with her boss. She never gave me a contact person. This is so unfortunate because I REALLY appreciated having a dentist in my neighborhood that is excellent and I enjoyed going to. I wish things could be different but I don't think I will be returning.
