        So far I have had two visits and I can say the atmosphere of the facility and staff are wonderful. Each staff member made me feel welcomed and valued. The hygienist does an amazing job making sure you feel refreshed and informed.

        Really horrible fail. The people were pleasant but no follow through. They never put my prescription in, they dont answer phones calls, they dont reply to voicemails, and still did not send my x-rays for my surgery coming up Monday. Really horrible. After my procedure (thankfully outsourced) I will find another non Aspen dentist office.

        What are you trying to hide? When a dentist office refuses to allow the spouse to be in the room for a routine exam, you are hiding something. Most spouses discuss medical decisions before agreeing to procedures. By not allowing the spouse your showing your incompetence. You are taking out other potential clients as well. It's not uncommon that spouses use the same doctors after one spouse goes to them. When you prevent the spouse from being there, you are taking away the ability for them to ask questions, you are hampering the decision making process. It also makes a parent wonder, are you going to say the parent is not allowed to be in the exam room?

        This is my latest post 1/4/2024. I had an emergency repair work done today. I was a walk in so I expected it would be a bit of a wait. Surprisingly not as much as expected. Brand new staff but still very refreshing and professional. The receptionist gets 5 from me. Thank you for your service and I referred a friend today to visit Aspen in Conyers. The tech did a fantastic job. Thanks so much. Ms C Blackston The staff is so welcoming...special thanks to Allen who gave me the best advice to fit my situation. I appreciate him...I am waiting for the completion of my work and would love to comment on it after completion. Thank you, Ms. Blackston
