I needed a last minute flower arrangement for a wake/funeral the same day as the itinerary was released late. I was blessed to work with an angel and true professional named Latoya! She made it so simple to put together a tailored flower arrangement, personal message card, and same say delivery! Latoya truly made and saved my day during this time. Their prices are affordable and very competitive in this industry. The service is top tier!

I was skeptical at first because I wasn't able to get through on the phone, But turns out they were a bit busy with training. Ms. Toya is amazing and has the sweetest staff! I loved their window decorations too. SP really came throoooough with fresh flowers and greens for our event. Thank you all so much for sharing your gifts and talents with us. I look forward to partnering with you all again.

After the experience at Conyers Flower Shop, I decided to come to this place because I was still on the search for 2 dozen white roses. I made it just in time because the owner was at the market getting more flowers. After a lengthy back and forth about the prices and exactly how much 2 dozen roses would cost, I was able to pay and place an order. I took one star away for several reasons. First it was really weird that a random guy was in the corner with his feet up just relaxing. I dont know why but it made me feel weird. Secondly, they couldnt figure out the price. They gave me 3-4 different prices, no one was sure how much the product cost. One person even spoke to the owner on the phone and still didnt clarify the price. They just picked a price. That was very sketchy to me. Thirdly, when I had my niece pick up the flowers the next day while I was at work I find out they charged me for a vase that I did not ask for. The excuse was thats what the premium comes with, even though I exhaustively asked for ONLY 2 dozen roses. Lastly, when I tried to call the number on the receipt it was to a different business the owner was affiliated with, an accounting place or something. I was finally able to speak with the owner and she refunded me the same day of the overcharges, gave a $20 credit for my next shopping experience, and was apologetic for the negative shipping experience. Although my experience was very rocky, I will give them another try simply because the staff was actually really nice and welcoming and the owner did fix the problem at hand. I dont expect for business to always be perfect but I do expect for them to try to solve customer service issues and they did just that.
