We have bought our last two fork lifts through Komatsu. They have normally been great with their service department keeping up with yearly maintenance; however, 2022 has been a dramatic change.
We were called by a technician stating that he was coming out for the service. He called on the date of the service 3 months ago and stated that his dispatch had called him off the job and sent him elsewhere.
I have made four calls since trying to line up service. Only one time was I able to talk with a person, I was told that we would be serviced soon. That was three weeks ago. Now all calls get directed to voice mail which they do not follow up on. Do not make a major purchase with this company, they will leave you in the weeds.

Daniel in service was a pleasure to speak with. After being turned away by corporate, and numerous other Komatsu dealers telling me they couldnt help me, I call KFOA. Daniel got me the information I needed within 5 minutes. Polite and prompt, there isnt a lot of that in the forklift world. Thank you
