Pixies Gardens - Online Garden Center

I placed two orders through Pixie Gardens. One was for two trees, and one was for three rosebushes. Almost immediately my two trees died, and only two of the three rosebushes survived. I have been trying for the better part of a year to reach them. I have literally left over 100 voicemail messages and it also says that you can text that number. I have sent numerous text messages and have yet to receive any response. I finally sent an email. I got an automated message back that says somebody will get back to you in 2 to 3 business days. I still have not heard back. I still try to call and all you get is a robotic message that says agent is available. Do not waste your money as there is absolutely zero customer service. I am out hundreds of dollars and all I have to show for it are two dead trees, one dead rosebush and two rosebushes that are so far doing OK. A complete waste of money.

I received my order of 5 gallon plants "Stellar Ruby Magnolias". The Pixie Gardens tried to fool me and put a 3 gal plant in a 5 gallon container. I will never order from them again. A real rip off of about $500. Tried to call and all they have is an answering service. I have yet to talk to a real person.

It is a beautiful place , many flowers , and today I bought 5 plants and the service is very friendly, it is a highly recommended place to buy and give to your loved ones

A very beautiful place. Full of very beautiful plants and a great variety of plants, they serve super well, and very attentive, the owners are super friendly and very kind, I recommend looking for beautiful plants at any time of the year.
