2 days ago my boss was dropped due to defaulty equipment.. it's not the drivers faults I feel like the company makes more than enough money to have updated vehicles an equipment... as the driver got my boss out of the vehicle when we returned home from the dr the wheels to the gurney fell off an she fell over from about 3 1/2 -4 feet in the air an hit concrete. Has a huge knot in her head an a fractured elbow. Thank God it wasn't worse. But that wheel fell off that gurney 3 times that day!!! No air in the vehicle an terrible fumes coming in.. plz Advantage get it together!!! This could have been so much worse

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I used this service to transport my 87 year old bed bound father to a Dr.s appointment. They arrived on time and did get us to the appointment on time.but when it was time to leave and take my dad home they had left to do another call?? When I called the office I was told by Stephanie A CO-OWNER that it would be about an hour before they would be back to pick us up. When I told her that was unacceptable she said we dont wait at appointments because we have other transfers to do. I told her that no one had told me that when I made the appointment and she said sorry thats our policy. I asked what time they would be back to pick us up and she said 4:15 about an hour. I told her I sure hope they are here by 4:15 and she said well I hope they dont run into any red lights, its been a very busy afternoon . She was rude and told me they would not reimburse me as she was A CO-OWNER and they didnt do reimbursements. They didnt arrive to pick us up until 4:40 over an hour and a half after his appointment ended!!!!! Stephanie CO-OWNER was a very unprofessional and rude CO-OWNER and I DO NOT recommend Advantage Transportation!!!!! This is a response back to the owner!! First, No one told me up front that you did not wait for the patient! I would have never agreed to that! Second, when I called to find out what was going on if the CO-OWNER (which she told me several times)Stephanie would have not been so unprofessional and rude to me I would have not been as ugly as I was to her! And I do apologize for being ugly to her. Third, you were not there at 4:25 because my husband and I were texting and he texted me at 3:39 and said you had just arrived. The Drs office closed at 4:30 and they were wondering what was going on and where you guys were! They were ready to leave!! Interesting, the Dr. did tell us that transfer services are not regulated very well and anyone can basically open one and you need to be careful who you use!!! I know now! Thank you and I hope you have a great weekend as well.
