        I was faced with a dilemma when my insurance was canceled due to someone on my insurance plan getting in one too many accidents. This resulted in too many claims on our plan, which our insurance company did not like. Unfortunately, I was never notified of this and my insurance lapsed for a little over a month. Initially, I had a hard time finding someone who was even willing to give me a quote. I was given the run around and promised returned calls that still have not come. I ended up finding Jonathan's number online and he was a lifesaver. He was knowledgeable and polite and took the time to work with me. He never promised to call me back and stayed on the phone with me until all the issues were addressed and corrected. He was able to find me an affordable insurance plan that covered all my needs. The customer service was also impeccable. I recommend anyone looking for insurance to check this guy out! 5 stars.

        Jonathan young was awesome in explaining and weighing our options towards our insurance policy my wife and I,appreciated how detailed and collective he was in breaking down details of the policy and also gave recommendations which some we liked others passed but overall great down to earth discussion in our best interest I recommend anyone looking for insurance to strongly consider mr Young and American family insurance
