paid $10 to get a horrendous wash. had clean me written on the back of my trunk and you can literally still see it, spots everywhere, cant believe i wasted my money. maybe it wouldve been better if i got a more expensive wash, but i should have to resort to that just to get simple dirt and grime off of my car..

As I was trying to select a package, the first lane computer stopped working, so I had to back up and use the other lane to buy a wash. I thought the last time I went that the basic package didn't clean my car as it should so today I bought a "better upgraded package". It was actually worse than the basic package and cost me over twice as much. Still having dust and bugs on your car and paying for the "dryer" just for it to still be very much dripping wet is not exactly what I had in mind when I wanted my car cleaned. So I doubt the "other items" were added in as they should have been. I also had to wait an extended amount of time to go through the tunnel because the teenage "service guy" chatted it up with his buddy in the truck in front of me instead of preppinghis truck & sending it through. I also had to ask him to clean my back window as I was driving in the tunnel because he wasn't going to, apparently. Had there not been 4-5 people who had come in behind me, I would have asked to repeat the wash, but unfortunately, I did not have the extra time to do so today. Needless to say, today has finalized my decision that I will not be going back and would not recommend others to either.
