I came to get a new phone. The saleswoman Raven tried to get over on me by activating a phone I didn't want and she didn't confirm with me. Then told me they had to charge me for the activation of the phone I didn't want. When I ask for my money back due to their mistake she said I can't get the full refund because they charge for activation fees and they are nonrefundable still not my fault. So I had to get a phone I didn't want or come up short 25 dollars. Them she gets on the phone with Andy who is the manager when I told him the situation he said there is nothing they do if I have a problem get a refund but I'm not getting my full refund. So I called customer service to tell them my situation. Andy and Raven hung up on the rep cause they knew they were in the wrong. What makes it worse they threatened to call cops if I didn't leave the premises all cause I wanted my refund and the phone I wanted.

I had an issue getting my phone turned on and the manager, Alisha, was more than helpful. She was very patient and understanding and worked with me over the phone to fix the problem. Thank you so much Alisha for helping me today!! Youre awesome

I went into this store today to get a new phone. The representative I worked with was helpful but, I was charged for a case and screen protector that I did not ask for. I was told that it was added as a bundle but, at no time did the representative explain this "bundle" deal to me. When I paid for the phone, she explained that I would be charged twice, once for my phone, and once for the activation fee so, I said okay without even thinking about it. The phone cases that were available were NOT ones I wanted and I told her that. She proceeded to ask me if I wanted a mask, ear phones, charger, or anything else in its place which I told her "No". I explicitly told her that I could get a better case on Amazon for less and it would be something I actually wanted. At no time did they attempt to refund this bundle deal that was added onto my bill. I'm disappointed that I was charged for something I didn't ask to have. And the representative did not attempt to refund me once I told her I didn't want it. I don't like those kind of deceptive practices especially when I just came in to purchase a new phone and that's it. That was my first time going to this particular Boost and honestly my last. I won't be back. If you decide to visit this location make sure you know exactly what you're paying for BEFORE you swipe your card or you may be billed for a bundle you did not ask for.

The lady at this store on Salem Rd. activated the phone incorrectly causing my voice and data services to not work at all. Horrible customer service over the phone, no assistance with this issues since activation. Will never shop here again!
