so my son went to this day care and Sharon woods is absolutely terrible . her attitude while drop off and pick up is disgusting . ive picked up my kid with with scratches in his face and a snot covered face my son who is ONE YEARS OLD came home with a bruised black eyes !!! even remember one time i was walking out and she told jasper of let me wipe your face hows it get like that but been with him for 8 hours !! like you done care about these kids and it shows ! i would NEVER recommend this daycare while its under her care !

I can absolutely tell you the positive reviews were highly encouraged by the owner, She begged me to do a review and I was but by the time I wanted to review on the teacher she like so many other teachers had already left. If you want the bare minimum care this is the place for you. The staff is visibly overworked yet likely underpaid. I had a 3 year old and 1 before and after schooler enrolled at this place for 7/8 months. When my son (3 year old)first started he came home every day with knots on his head with no explanation but as soon as he started to act out we got pictures of OTHER PPL'S CHILDREN ON OUR PORTAL SHOWING what our child had allegedly done. I picked him up several times, soaking wet, stinky, even had to ask the FRONT DESK lady to change him bc him and so many other children were smelling horrible when I picked him up. I've observed picking him up in a classroom of mostly 2 year olds with pencils all over the floor, the young lady was so overwhelmed with all the small kids, after that day I never saw her again. They don't have the staff for the hours they claim to have, You drop your kid off at their hours unsure who's watching them, you beat the staff to work, holding the door for them rushing in late. The owner is extremely rude like comments confirm. My last straw with this "daycare" was teacher number 4 or 5 (YES IN 7 MONTHS MY 3 YEAR OLD HAS BEEN THROUGH 4/5 TEACHERS) after losing yet another teacher the lead teacher was overwhelmed, all of a sudden my kid is throwing things she videoed him what looks like a very coached video of him throwing something up in the air not AT anyone specifically but just being a 3 YEAR OLD BOY, I tried to have a conference immediately with the teacher, because this was new behavior, we genuinely wanted to get to the bottom of whatever was going on but because they are so understaffed she put me off for 3 days, the next day we get another note of him acting out, the rude directors jumps in the chat and said be prepared for a note home as if she was speaking with one of the kids at the daycare but that's how she treats ppl, when I got to the daycare they had suspended him for 2 days, We never returned. Please know this place should not operate as the student/teacher ratio is literally insane. I think the teachers they had were pretty good but can't work someone who talks down to ppl the way I've heard the director. I remember the assistant director who reviewed below, she was nice but left so quick, you see ex employees out in your local store and mention that daycare and they immediately say they had to get gone from there. Her Response: She will ALWAYS put it off on someone else. Very unprofessional response which I expected nothing less. She only addressed one thing, you see nothing addressed about nothing but behavior. LIKE I SAID, GET SOME HELP AND TRAINED STAFF THAT KNOWS HOW TO TREAT CHILDREN. notified 2 times in ONE WEEK after 7 months NO ISSUES AND NOW WE CAN'T CONTROL OUR CHILD.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ive debated posting about this place for a while but my son deserved better. I have a, now, 4 year old that was at this daycare for a little over a month. I was called 2-3 times a week regarding minuscule things my son had done. I was in the process of potty training him and I would get calls to leave my job and come change him because he had an accident. I picked him up NUMEROUS times and his pants were soaked and he reeked because he hadnt been changed since I dropped him off. I brought it to the owners attention directly more than once and nothing was done. On another occasion, I was called at work because he had an accident and they said he didnt have any extra clothes, which he did. I had my 16 year old brother take extra clothes to the daycare and when he walked in the owner brought my son to the front and told my brother (who has never changed a child in his life) to change my son. My son would kick and scream every single morning when it was time to get out of the car. He would BEG me not to leave him there. PLEASE PLEASE dont use this daycare.

They provide a great safe and clean learning environment for my child. I highly recommend you enroll your child/children. They also offer a great summer camp for school age children.

Best childcare ever! They take their time getting to know my child and learning how to cater to her, theyre diligent in calling if there are any updates I need to be made aware of, and my child loves it there. Thank you!!!
