Scott and his team are amazing. I was worried I was going to have to replace our HVAC system after speaking with Casteel, and Scott came out and was able to fix our unit in minutes for a very affordable rate. I've used his team for repairs, maintenance and duct cleaning work - every time he is very responsive, fast, friendly, helpful, and reasonable. He does work for a number of folks in our neighborhood and everyone raves about him. I highly recommend his team!

If I could give 0 stars I would. You cant get them to even call you back and top of that, there voicemails are full, so you cant even leave them message for them to call back. Horrible customer service! Service: A/C system maintenance

I've used Scott and his team several times and every time the service is excellent and the prices very fair. Tonight someone showed up at 9pm to fix my broken A/C Unit. I will never use another HVAC company!! Services: HVAC system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent repair, Repair HVAC, Heating system maintenance
