All Js and K Party Rentals

I just realized that I forgot to review this company. I had a housewarming and birthday party outdoors in 2022. I rented several items from them including a bar and they were professional to say the least. I am about to place another rental for an event coming up and I am happy to do business with them again.

Amazing customer service and very informative. I went in today and even with it being minutes from closing I was able to openly inquire about their inventory and get an idea of what I would like to request in my next visit. There were some items on my list that werent available there so she referred me to where I could find said items. That gesture alone spoke magnitudes about the foundation of their business; her heart. It was a pleasure meeting you and I wish you and your team well!

Not a welcoming environment. I got greeted with a hard stare like I interrupted something when I came in to ask about my sons party. Felt uncomfortable. Decided to go with someone else with better customer service
