Weve been renting from them since September and the entire process from start to finish was easy breezy. We had dealt with so many rude people and scams, finding summit was the best thing that couldve happened. They have all been so kind to us, they are all professional, Clint has been a pleasure every interaction, we adore him, Christy is so sweet, the maintenance guys are just as awesome. No complaints at all. I have a special needs son and it means the world to me that anytime Ive spoken with them they ask how hes doing and genuinely seem to care about their tenants. Highly recommend renting from them. They go above and beyond

If I could give it zero stars I would! AlI they like to do is screw their customers!! I made a commitment to pay because obviously it's close to Christmas and didn't have all the funds for my rent on the 20th. I called to say I'd make a commitment to pay the 29th. They said well we are gonna have to charge you a late fee. I can understand if I was paying into the next month but it's only 9 days past and still in the same month! This isn't the first time this has happened either. They have rude people that work there that always want to have an attitude , not sure why they hire people that don't want to work there and be rude to customers that pay to keep them in business!!
