The absolute worst customer service. They cannot/will not answer calls, texts, or emails. Our punch list is still not finished and they have ghosted their buyers. Also our A/C has been an issue for months now.

We purchased a home from Infinity Homes & Development in July 2022 in Mansfield, Ga. Please do not use this company!!! We have had three different project managers over our property that we were to contact. The first one left the company shortly after we purchased our home. The second project manage, I contacted in December 2022 because our AC unit wasn't working. He informed me that he no longer worked with Infinity Homes. He gave me the number to the 3rd project manager. We have been trying to contact him since January 2023, he will not answer our phone calls, voice mails, or text messages. Infinity Homes has turned what was supposed to be our dream home into a complete nightmare.

I will echo my neighbors feelings on this builder. We also purchased a brand new home from them in July of 2022, and as of today (March 1, 2023) my punch list is still not complete. They ignore phone calls, texts and emails. The email on their website kicks back as undeliverable. Infinity homes has turned buying or dream home into the worst nightmare in my lifetime. They used the cheapest materials and labor on everything they did and it shows through. They back that up with the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. RUN away!!

I purchased a home in Mansfield GA from Infinity Homes in 2022. We have had countless issues with little to no response from anyone. They did forward my issues to their different sub contractors and there was little to no response from them either. Would NOT recommend this builder to anyone that wants to purchase a home, go else where you will not regret it. Flooring coming up. Toilets that are cracked. Landscape that is holding water. Cabinets doors are coming off. Leaks that I have had to partially repair. It not only my home on the street that has issue's..there are only 7 homes on the street and I know several of us are having issues with no responces. Its a NIGHTMARE!!! Like I said above.. RUN the other way.
