The owner has been unresponsive for over a month. He appears to be failing to honor his contract. He has collected over $4,000 from me and hes supposed to install field lines. We have sent him the permit from the county a month ago and now we cant reach him. Doesnt answer his cell and strangely has an office where they never answer the phone either. Hopefully he doesnt think we will hand over $4k without a fight. Surely he can run a BETTER BUSINESS. The local media awaits and they have all the documentation Potential customers think twice before using this deceptive business. Do not fall for Joel kirks "magic" chemical treatment. Shame in me for being so gullible but shame in Joel for not standing behind his word and making this right. Said he would apply money paid to a "real" fix but never followed up. Just kept making excuses as to why he couldn't do the job. Be careful people. Do not use this snake oil salesman. He's a fast talker and will walk all over you if you let him which I did. Just trying to save someone else from the financial hardship this man created for me. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
