I received Theodore Spaulding's name from a current client who was also involved in a car accident. When I called, I spoke to someone who gathered information and then spoke with Mr. Spaulding. They are already helping me with the anxiety creates from all the medical bills and not knowing how to handle all the insurances. Ted Spaulding and his staff have been by my side for more years than I thought a settlement would take. The awful opposing attorneys for a major insurance company pulled every dirty trick they could dig up to refuse settling. Even the insurance attorney admitting my accident was entirely the fault of their policy holder, still tried having my case dismissed for no reason other than its their policy to deny all accident victims injured by their negligent drivers.. Mr, Spaulding did not them get away with such bad faith behavior. Hes knows the law, whats right, and he will fight for the little people, the elderly .. the disabled.. the great grandparents.. You can not stand up to the bad guys.. you need an attorney with ethics .. Ted Spaulding is amazing.. and his paralegal, Paisley, is always so helpful, kind and caring... my case was complicated with numerous surgeries and life long consequences. Ted knew every detail .
