        Dr Shertzer is one of the best Doctors I have ever had. She cares greatly about her patients. I had cancer and she did my surgeries and and made sure everything went well. I had complications with one of them and she was on top of it without hesitation. Her bedside manor was amazing. I cant say enough good things about her.         Very unprofessional! 3 weeks I had an appointment brought my paperwork all filled out. I showed up on time I was told the doctor was not in! She should be here within 40 minutes and there's two people ahead of me. I said well I had an appointment. I can leave and come back. They said if you leave other people can get in in front of you. Since our time is so valuable I feel they should pay me for having to take a day off of work
