I chose Patty Medina for many reasons, but the number one thing is that she gets results!
She and her Century 21 Team are top notch and super efficient. Patty was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding all of the ins and outs of selling an estate property. Patty grew up in the neighborhood where my parents home was, therefore, she really knew the area and what buyers expectations are in Dunwoody. Patty was able to negotiate a selling price that was 5% above the listing!! I cant recommend Patty enough for your real estate needs, whether youre buying or selling.
