Bob starting working with us in the Summer of 2017 and much to our disappoint on 16 house tour in one day we were unable to find anything to our liking. This was due solely to our high expectations and unrealistic values in the market. He was very patient with us on a couple of wild goose chases and finally in the Summer of 2018 the very home we were looking for hit the market. He notified us within a couple of hours of the house being available and we under contract in 48 hours.
