Tax preparer got my address number mixed up and now they are holding my check for 90 days. I've been a loyal customer for years and they have no customer service that can help me or do they want to help me. I started a business and they are costing me thousands of dollars a week and they don't care and won't help me. Ill never use H&R Block again. They are stealing food out of my kids mouth and don't care.

I have used H&R Block a couple times for previous tax years and those were bad experiences. Jennifer Hackney at this location has changed that for me. She was very patient with me. She explained everything to a level of degree that I could understand. A tax professional at another location started my return for the 2022 tax year and she made sure to go behind him and adjust accordingly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most out of my deductions and credits. I have never felt more confident and have never had a better peace of mind when filing my taxes because of Jennifer. 10/10 recommend. I will be seeing her for all my tax needs moving forward as long as she still works here. Thank you so much!!!
