I didnt end up having them do the remediation but Richard was super helpful. I contacted them on a Sunday and he reached out within a couple hours. Walked me through his recommendations and explained everything thoroughly. Only reason we didnt use them is we had someone else come that fit our schedule better (no fault of these guys).

TL; DR- Use this company! Youd be with a company that truly cares for you and takes care of your needs until the issue is SOLVED! Honest folk and exceptional customer care are found with Mold-B-Gone! Heres my saga: My family and I are getting our patookies bit up every day and every night since Jan 4, 2023. Not a bed bug, not fleas, and nothing you can see with the naked eye, but boy you sure feel them crawling quickly up your hairy leg or across the arm or face before youre bitten! Yeah. Its as bad as you can imagine. Three different pest companies havent helped even though they tout having a staff entomologist who apparently doesn't use a microscope: if they cant SEE it on a floor sticky trap, then it doesnt exist?! Out of complete desperation, I tried Mold-B-Gone for their Ozone treatment since ozone is a poisonous gas -maybe it could kill these fracking things! I spoke with the owner, Richard who was immediately a relief to me! He was honest in that his service wasnt meant for my idea, but he generously brainstormed with me for an entire 40 minutes on possible alternatives! He listened, he offered up ideas and even some encouragement! Richard and his company were the only ones willing to proactively address my issue! He has given me hope, not to give up and viable ideas on how to tackle my problem. Thank you so much Richard for your good Samaritan approach to business!
