What a wonderful company and a great owner operator. U can't find this type of honest and reliable work anymore but with this company it's a 5 out of 5 ,worth every bit.

We had water pooling a few inches deep in our driveway after it rained. Sometimes the water would stay there for days. We got estimates and different options from a few companies. Most other companies only wanted to repair the lawn with seed or leave it to us to sod. We liked that Schmitt Waterproofing offered sod after regrading. Their price was competitive and they did a great job. Now the water runs off of the driveway in around an hour or so even after long heavy rains. Now we dont have to jump over a small pond everytime we need to walk there. I don't have a more recent photo but the sod is green and blended into the rest of the lawn now. I would recommend Schmitt Waterproofing to everyone that needs help with a drainage issue.

We had an urgent issue. Josh came out explained what we needed for a solution. Gave us a reasonable quote, in a timely manner, with a detailed explanation of the work he would be performing. He told us all expected lead times so there were surprises. It was a good experience under the circumstances and so far so good with the results.
