Kingstown apartments

Moving here was the best decision I've made all year. Elle is the best leasing agent ever. She took care of me like I was her close friend. The property is very quiet and everyone is kind. The complex is exactly as described and since I've moved, the maintenence has come to change even small cosemetic things in my unit. Things that really aren't very important in the long run but shows how much they value their property and tenants. I'm so thankful to be living here! Thank you Elle + team

I am currently in my 4th lease with Greenleaf and moved here from another Greenleaf property. One thing that keeps us here is that Yessica, Elle, Sandra, Jorge, and George are an awesome team. Yessica and Sandra are usually very communicative and will address your concerns with urgency when needed. You get a response to your email to within 24 hours or so (during the week), sometimes immediately. Elle does a great job of showing you the available apartment options and genuinely is interested in finding a spot that is the right fit for you. Jorge stays on top of all the maintenance issues. If you have notifications set up through their portal youll see when the maintenance request is assigned to him which is a nice piece of mind. Its a great bonus that Jorge, if asked, will gladly tell you what is going on with your issue, and is very personable. A bit of a rare find for maintenance people! The same goes for George. Need something fixed? Maintenance is there the next day or perhaps that same day. Water leak or similar emergency issue on the weekend? There is a 24 hour emergency number to reach a Greenleaf representative immediately. When our dishwasher became as loud as a jet at takeoff it was replaced within days. When our hot water heater stopped working Jorge came that day to check it out and it was replaced the very next day. When I noticed a tree was laying on a cable or telephone line (not power) between two poles on the property some folks came out address it and also trimmed back trees, vines etc all around the area so that it wouldnt happen again. When a group of residents logged some complaints about the existing lawn care people the very next week there was a new lawn care crew. When we started to have bug issues we took advantage of the free pest control and, when we continued to see them, they made sure to treat the apartments next to us and the basement under us. Suffice to say we are not seeing them anymore. The team generally goes above and beyond and, Im guessing, probably deserve a raise ;) About Kingtown and Greenleaf properties in general: they were built in the 1960s so they arent going to be perfect. The AC may go out or a pipe may leak, but you know theyll address it soon. In the 2 bedroom at Kingtown, Gas is about $60 a month and electric is about $150. There is a bus that goes down Line street about every hour and a much more frequent bus on Memorial. It costs about $3.50 to do a load of laundry. They are replacing the windows as they ready units for new tenets; making them energy efficient. The complex is generally quiet, safe, and tends towards folks above 30 years old.

Weve rented previously with Greenleaf. Elle was super helpful and attentive through our rental process! Yessica was our property manager when we rented years ago at another location and maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner and the property was always maintained well. Happy to be back in the hands with Greenleaf and our property manager!
