I had an appointment set to tour on a Monday which was cancelled only 1 hour before I was set to arrive. At 9pm, I was offered multiple times the following day, which were all suddenly filled the following morning when I reached out to confirm. The units seemed perfect for me, but the person coordinating tours clearly does not value future residents time. I ended up not leasing from any Braden Fellman property as it left a bad taste.
