Maintenance is great ! Thats the only thing good I can say about the complex.

I lived here for 2 years and there was always some kind of issue- water being randomly turned off once a month, gates ALWAYS being broken, etc. But, I could get over that bc its pet friendly and I felt safe for the most part. Whats frustrating though is my deposit being used on an issue that was noted on my pre move-in inspection (which they somehow lost)? Also, $50 for oven cleaning? Kinda crazy bc I barely cooked and we definitely cleaned it lol. $85 for a rip in the carpet my dog caused but they didnt use the $300 pet deposit I put down? I hate being that person who leaves a bad review but if you do choose to move here, take notes of everything and make copies of all your paperwork.

Terrible Management. Especially receptionist Rose is rude, uncooperative and manner less. Water pipe bursted on Wednesday, the management is unwilling to cooperate residents who are suffering from this horrible situation of water leaking due to pipe burst.
