Dont move to this apartment, they dont care if you have broken toilet in your home, and they charging money for which there own team member break, only move here if can live without using toilet for 1 and half month. Firstly they told me the toilet order takes 1 month to arrive and now they are telling me if i told pay money they own fix it. Really bad service.

wrost maintenance services my restroom had water leakage sinces 1 month, no one is fixing it everyday i have to go to offices to remind there job, and they keep giving different excuses every other day, first they told technicians is gonna came check no one came to check, then they told me manager is going to check then next day i went back to office they told me manager didnt had time to come and check, also office staff is talking so rudely. i cant even use the restroom since a month. also they ask to pay money on it which i didnt break, and then they are telling me that I not going to pay money so its going take time. i mean its your job to do maintenance, still the water leakage is from floor and crack in the tank, they told me they gonna replace tank but i m not sure to will adress my initial complain of water leaking on floor. update- after writing the review they told me it will be done with 2 days its been already one more week, they charge which i didnt break and they are like i have pay money first then they will fix it, i mean i was being told first you have pay money then it will take time to repair and they took more than month and telling to pay.

I am a resident of this place since 2023, after i finish my work i usually go to the gym to relief my stress and make myself fit. But since past one week someone broke down the Lat pullover machine cable and no one is coming from your maintenance team to repair it. Before writing this i waited for almost a week but now it is causing me inconvenience in my daily routine. I hope it will be fixed today. Thank you. SO THIS AFTER A LONG TIME ALMOST LIKE 2 WEEKS IM WRITING THIS AGAIN TO YOU GUYS AND YOU GUYS DISSAPPOINTED US. STILL YOU GUYS DIDNT FIX IT MAKES ME BELIEVE HOW MUCH YOU GUYS TAKE CARE OF PEOPLE HELATH. HOW YOU TAKE THE RENT AND OTHER THINGS ON TIME YOU HAVE TO FIX THIS BECAUSE WHEN WE GUYS SIGN AN AGREEMENT YOU GUYS SHOW THIS THINGS AND NOW WHEN IT GETS VANDALISED YOU GUYS KEEP QUITE. Y SHOULD I VISIT OFFICE WHEN YOU WONT REPAIR THE SMALL THINGS AND WONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE FITNESS. HOPE YOU REPAIR THAT SOON
