The staff is dedicated to satisfying the customer as if they were the owners of the vehicle. They perform a complete diagnosis and fit your budget for necessary repairs. Although it may be a little more expensive than other nearby workshops, I consider that a job well done is worth the investment. They left my front axle in perfect condition. The attention provided by Miguel and the lady at the front desk was impeccable, with clarity and willingness to help at all times. I also highlight the subsequent follow-up, making sure everything is in order. In addition, they offer a guarantee on the work carried out. I cant say enough to compliment the service I received on my 2009 Ford Focus from Miguel and his support staff. The car needed new tires and an oil change. In addition I received a detailed diagnostic report from Miguel personally. Though the car was fur-lined from my two large dogs I received no different treatment than the owners of immaculate high end vehicles in the waiting room. This service was desperately needed and I am extremely grateful for the quality, tolerance and respect they showed me. It exceeded the service Ive received from other so-called providers and came in under the allotted budget Ill be back!!! THANK YOU AAR
