        Just because it costs more does mean it is better.......... Car washed paused 3/4 of the way through. The attendant did not realize it had stopped, and we were still in the middle of the car wash. After 2-4 minutes later, another vehicle came, and the attendant realized something was wrong and fixed the wash to get the new vehicle going (he never realized we were still in the wash). After drying and vacuuming the car, I noticed that there was no tire shine on the tire and asked where the tire shine was (this was my 2nd time there) I didn't know they didn't provide any outside the car wash. I asked for some and was told that they didn't provide any. I told them what happened and why my vehicle probably didn't have any on the vehicle. My only options were to go back through or nothing. Well....... I didn't want to dry my car off again, and that was it...... no other option. No refunds, coupon for future wash...... Back to the car wash on Panola........
