Michael's staff was punctual. The team arrived on time, presented themselves to Michael and then got straight to work. It is amazing to see the work being done. Although I didn't remember the names of some workers, I did get to see one, the man who was working on the stairs. His work was meticulous and focused. He finished by cleaning the staircase and inspecting for any imperfections. All the workers were impressive, but I noticed the man who was working at the stairs. Michael's and his team's work is very satisfying to me.
