Will NEVER shop at this store again. Shady selling and business tactics. Came in to do a trade-in/upgrade after having significant issues with an online order. Unfortunately I did not get the young mans name but he charged me for a iPhone charger I did not want nor asked to purchase. Their printer was down for receipts so I wasnt able to see the exact charges right then however I made a comment on why the price of my order was higher than when I did it online (again just the phone, no charger) and the man just shrugged it off. it wasnt until I called T-Mobile customer care to inquire about the price difference from in store to online that I was informed I was billed for a charger. Ill be coming to the store to return it and get a refund but Im disappointed I have to make a second trip to the store to give back something I never even asked for. Smh.

Customer was great, young lady that only work on the weekend, was so helpful to my mom, Senior citizen, will be coming back.

ASHA G deserves 1 billion stars I'm in the store typing this message. I'm so FREAKIN IMPRESSED with this young lady right now!!! I appear real chill but inside I'm jumping from joy watching how this young, black, Chica conducts herself in the absolute most impressive manner. This place was packed; she remained cool, calm, collected professional. She greeted every single customer, and asked the nature of their visit all while thanking me for my patience. It was extremely hectic in here. She literally helped 3, 4 customers at the same dog-gon time. Every customer left satisfied and she provided her phone number to several customers if they had questions. I imagine she had no problem maintaining her composure bc this young sister KNOWS HER STUFF. ASHA G has single handedly restored my faith in her generation. I need my 20 year old daughter to work beside her. Hope you continue to excel in your career endeavors.

Garbage too no signal in hospital. Only on line once you figure it out. Very few areas too pay your bill.
