The customer service was terrible. Get your attitude right. Forgot my ranch, said 15 pack tenders came with two flavors but only gave me one, didnt give me my fries. Employee was vaping during shift.

I ordered 20 wings and 1 order of curly fries off of the app. My order was incorrect. I paid $2 for all flappers. I got drums mixed in with my food. Also, I asked for the sauce to be on the side and there was sauce on the wings. The order was completely wrong. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund of $2. I paid extra for a delivery and a tip. My food was completely wrong. The manager -Jordan Johnson- laughed at my request for my $2 refund. He told me I could drive up there to pick-up the refund instead of giving me a a partial refund via the app. Yes the amount may be small to some, but why should I be charged for something I did not receive? I had to ASK for a refund, he did not offer it. I ordered my food for delivery because I could not physically go to the store. If I cannot pick up my food, how would I be able to pick up the tip? It would take more than $2 in gas to drive up there and pick the $2 up that I am entitled to. I am completely disgusted with they way the MANAGER handled this situation. Do not order delivery from this location and always double check your food because this location never gets the orders right.
