they should take these negative reviews into account and use it to improve their hour long wait time. It seems theyre having a hard time taking pride in their customer service. they love to mention their "high standards" when nothings changed over the past 2 years

Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The women working there are incredible rude and very unprofessional. They act like it is such a hassle for them to do their job... I have never dealt with such miserable, rude people..
