DeKalb County Clerk of Superior Court

We've been sitting here for jury duty selection in utter silence for well over an hour so far (as of 9:15 4/8/24) due to technical difficulties with a video that plays, explaining the process of serving on a jury. The "IT guy" has been "on the way" for over an hour. I am baffled as to why a member of the court staff is unable to read this information aloud or have any printed info. This is BEYOND simple, run of the mill incompetence at this point- this is advanced stupidity.

Everyone was so kind, professional and helpful in the office. I came for a passport name change and they got me all set up with ease! I was really impressed with everyone in the office - they greeted me at the elevator, told me where to go and helped me with all of my questions regarding the paperwork and verification documents. I walked in, no appointment needed. Very thankful to the staff and the friendly service!

On February 1, 2024, I was able to meet with an attorney with the Dekalb County Family Law Information Center. As I am representing myself in a civil action, the ability to schedule a meeting and talk to a professional attorney about the proper way to proceed was invaluable. My attorney was Vern professional and compassion. I would encourage anyone in need of legal advice to seek out this wonderful resource!

The staff is so friendly and makes this experience a breeze. It took about 15 minutes for the whole process (including a picture.) There was no line and it was a very straightforward process.

This was my daughter's first time getting a passport. The gentleman that assisted us was very courteous and professional. They also took my daughter passport picture right there in the office. This was very helpful and convenient. Excellent customer service.
