    I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr Gary Simmons should get his license removed. It all started back in 2019 when he failed to mentioned that I had one deep cavity so when I came back few weeks later instead of taking accountability he tried to put the blame on me and said that I should of came sooner because now he has to do a root canal. Mind you he never mention the severity of it or I dont think he might of mentioned that cavity at all. In 2020 I get the root canal and less than 4 months I have this small pain. I got to visit 2 other dentists and they said that its because he did not fill the root all the way and it cause the root canal to fail. Then I have to go back to him (takes 0 accountability that he made a mistake) and he sends me to a root canal specialist and I have several visits there (very annoying bc it was far) and then eventually going back to him so he can permanently re cement the crown. Not even 2 years pass and now the crown starts to loosen up on its own! And the office tells me that I have to wait till it falls off so he can re cement it, and when it fell, I had him cement it just so that it could fall out again the next week, like oh my gosh! He then cements it the 3rd time and tells me now that I have to pay for a tooth implant because of a lot of my real tooth inside the crown kept chipping off each time it fell. Im paying and been paying too much money for this careless sloppy mans mistakes. It seems like he cant do anything right! And then I go see my regular dentist and she takes an X-ray and tells me that now I have an infection with puss in that tooth tissue from the tooth chipping so much. Im purely exhausted from 4 years of dealing with this. This man needs his license revoked! Trash work!

    I walked and No one greeted me. A lady with a nasty attitude asked me to wear a mask and she didnt have on a mask, I find that quite interesting. Dont bring your children here or if you are pregnant they told me over the phone they accept pregnant patients, got done with my paperwork and they told me the male dentist wont work with me because of my pregnancy. Worst customer service ever!

    One of the few locations that actually accepted my insurance, but I would rather pay completely out of pocket than going back here again. Waited for my appointment for over an hour to be seen. When I finally got in, the dentist rushed through my filling because there was a water leakage, and he was trying to shut the office down so the workers can go and fix the problem. Surely, there could have been better planning that puts your patients first. The filling they did was old school mercury, which most dentists don't even use anymore, and I was not informed that this was the type of filling they were doing until they already drilled into my tooth. He didn't even check my bite to make sure the filling was done properly, and of course, the filling came out only a month later. I repeatedly called the office for a week, and they never answered the phone. When I showed up to the office to get the issue fixed, they said the dentist was out for two weeks due to Covid-19 and when I asked them what they were going to do to help me, the lady at the front simply shrugged her shoulders at me. The lower quality X-rays they bill your insurance for aren't even used anymore at most dental offices with modern technology, so I had to pay for new X-rays when I found a new competent dentist. Most terrible dental experience I have ever had.
