      image I really like Dr.Perlow personality and ease of explaining dental terminology. The staff is nice too. I didnt get the DA name but she did a great job with taking my X-rays without causing too much discomfort.

      image 2 weeks in a row they have cancelled my appointment with getting a deep cleaning. Cleaned 1 side ok. But now have cancelled my appointment twice saying the hygienist went home early. Like huh. The 1st time they let me know in advance. So I didnt have to take off work. But this time I took off. Get up here to hear they tried to reach out to you. To reschedule. When. So I checked my emails. Listen to my voicemail. Nothing. They get 0 stars for this.

      image Update: They fired my longtime dentist so I have no reason to continue coming here.
      Original: I followed Dr. Gilbert here from his previous practice and am glad to see the quality of service and personal attention has carried over. Building is spotless and very comfortable. The personalized TVs for each dental chair mean you can have something playing to take your mind off your teeth, and also lets the staff collaborate with you and review any X-rays or photographs. No issues with billing so far because the staff is excellent about doing an itemized estimate so you know what will and wont be covered by insurance going in.

      image The entire staff was friendly and had great customer service skills. Dr. Perlow and Dominique were the stars of the show though!! I got a root canal and two fillings and they found a way to somehow make it fun. They took their time to ensure my teeth were perfect, that I was comfortable and that I understood every step of the process, including aftercare. Thank you MINT
