The office visit was great. I was signed in and in no time called to the back. I was in and out within 30 minutes. All questions I had were asked and answered after my cleaning.

OVERALL: Bad experience. Not something that would have been obvious without previous stellar experiences under more attentive care. Really terrible experience that kept me from coming back. I am used to small town, attentive and gentle dentists and hygienists. First concern, straight to x-rays, no question on if Id had them done in the last 6 months. Then, I had recently had work done at my lifelong dentist prior to the cleaning, I told my hygienist about it and she began to PLUCK AT MY NEW CROWN with her tool, giving me extreme anxiety. Her lack of experience gave me anxiety and a painful experience- she called in the dentist out of concern of the work. He confirmed it was fine work. I left that appointment with follow-up needs however the office sent me away without scheduling anything, obviously not putting that in my chart. I also had to return to retrieve something they forgot to give me.

I was advised I had gingivitis and so was recommended a special cleaning. The cleaning itself involved numbing up my entire mouth and gums and it was quite uncomfortable. I wish I was given more of a heads up about what this would be like... Also I evidently bought a water flosser from them without realizing it... There was an itemized bill I signed but it felt like they should have verbally said this transaction includes buying the water flosser. What if I wanted to look online and shop for a water flosser? What if I already owned a water flosser? It ended up working out since I didn't own one but the principle of the matter is what bothered me. This just seems unprofessional to not be as explicit as possible and feels like the definition of "nickel and diming" which is less than what I would expect of a professional dental practice.
