Can not recommend Dr. Chartier's office more!! Not only was she thorough and patient, the entire staff is absolutely incredible. I felt so welcomed, and the work she does is incredible! I went not only for my dental work, but also for a few cosmetic procedures and could not be more thrilled with the results :)

Update: After having such a good experience with my dental work, I decided to get my lip filler done here. Its something ive been considering for a long time and wanted someone who was really skilled. Dr. Chartier took excellent care to make sure they looked natural and not overdone. I am so happy I decided to do this. I had some dental work done by Dr. Chartier. The visit was painless and easy. The whole staff is very friendly. Dr. Chartier is very personable with her patients and makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!

They do billing aggressive and unprofessional. I use Delta Dental insurance. I called to make inquiry about my insurance coverage. Instead of explaining me details and giving me estimate costs, the billing agent said generally that they have 70% of practices were covered and they have customer use Delta Dental. Then, she urged me to make an appointment. With the normal first visit, I received a $425 bill! They refused to admit their fault and replied that it is customer's responsibility to understand insurance policy! So, it's all customer's fault! And they threatened me to send my account to debt collection within 30 days of my visit. How friendly they are!

I Have been going to these great people for years. I wouldnt trust anybody else for your Dental needs.

BE AWARE: this facility is money-centered, has unprofessional billing estimate, and may have many fake customer reviews My wife has a visit recently with them and was charged $400 self-pay while she has delta dental insurance. She was made to believe the services would be covered by insurance, but actually not even the preventive services were fully covered. The billing manager selectively told you the billing info without a good faith cost estimate and then urged her to come. When she came, she was urged to sign a lot of documents. I felt like she was a walking ATM in this clinic. Also, I noticed that many 5-star reviews are from reviewers who only post 1 review and that happen to be for this clinic, which means these reviews are likely to be fake. The facility and equipment are old. Staff are thirsty for cash. Save some trouble by not going here
