Paterson Plumbing has had to visit our house multiple times to investigate the reason behind a hybrid unit's failure in a recently constructed room. After attempting nearly every other option, they eventually replaced the unit. During this epidemic, I was provided with timely service and considerate guests; for weeks, we only allowed these guys into our home, and they were consistently excellent. They were always kind and quick to reply, even though if I had been answering their phones I would have seen the number that meant we would have to make another journey and escape screaming into the woods. In order to let us know they hadn't forgotten us, they even gave us calls along the route. Given how long it took to solve the issue, they have also been more than reasonable in their charge for the work. Thank you, and I'll suggest it!
