I can't say enough about Simple Floors in Decatur! I shopped around for my hardwood floors and decided to go with Simple Floors in Decatur for several reasons. First of all they had a huge selection, the owner, Rick, was so great in helping my husband and I pick out the right floor for our home, it does make a difference when they actually know what they are talking about! You can't beat the price or quality from this place, customer service was outstanding, Rick came out to our home several times to measure and then do a final walk through at no extra charge! You just don't find this kind of service anymore, my neighbor loved our floors so much, they have bought also! I plan on telling everyone I know about them, thanks again Rick!

So glad I found Rick and Simple Floors Decatur! We are finishing construction on our new office in downtown Decatur, and my contractor was ready to schedule the hardwood floor installation. In doing some research, I discovered both the affordability and durability of bamboo flooring. Also, because our company provides garden design and installation, the "greenness" of bamboo flooring was an added appeal. Rick and staff are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond to both find the bamboo option that I wanted and to have it installed by my deadline. Would highly recommend Simple Floors Decatur - our floors are beautiful!

We had been looking at hardwood flooring for months and finally found the right product for the right price and with great customer service with Rick. The customer service was excellent. Rick really listened to all our concerns, suggested several products, and then actually came out to our home on a Friday evening to show us how to correctly install the flooring, as we were doing it ourselves. The flooring is beautiful and is beyond our expectations. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends!
