Hello Everyone I would like to share my experience and stay at the Emory Holiday Inn. I have the pleasure of staying in the hotel for training purposes with the Department Human Services and from the 1st checking in upon arrival I was greeted at the front desk staff by Mr Bryan which was so nice and had a beautiful smile and very helpful with room and information regarding my stay. The next person that was helpful and greeted me in the afternoon upon my arrival was Mr Ron he is just the sweetest, always asking us how our day going and ensuring us a good night rest since were here on a job training which is much appreciated so much. All I can say is you have an amazing front desk staff. Dont know the ladies that greet me in the morning, but they are nice also, always saying good morning have a good day! The rooms are clean, and refreshing. So also thanks to the staff for ensuring our rooms are clean daily. The breakfast is amazing, but I will say that the staff need to work on their customer service in that area. At least if you going to stare at guest speak and say good morning, not sure why they stand there if its complementary breakfast. I agree with other previous guest regarding the ladies in the breakfast area because they do stand in the eating area watching you enjoy your breakfast like a guard which is very uncomfortable to your guest. We are here for a month in training so we know the company paid a lot for us to stay here so you should not be watched while your enjoying breakfast because its definitely not free. But overall my stay has been great no complaints other than your staff in the breakfast area need customer service training. But if you want a good night rest with a amazing breakfast and staff that accommodate you then Holiday Inn Express of Emory is your place!!!! Thank you all again
Rooms: The rooms are clean and refreshing, the front desk staff Mr Ron and Mr Bryan makes you feel very welcomed from the beginning to the end

Rooms and service were nice. Breakfast was above average with good fresh options and cinnamon rolls. Front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Will be staying here again next time in the area.

The staff member- Cynthia in charge of complimentary breakfast was incredibly rude to guests and continued to antagonize me. Breakfast ends at 10, I got there at 9:20, and the guest in front of me said they already asked for the lady bc everything was empty, so I sat down and waited. When staff member brought out 1 tray and felt the need to say comments like leave some for the rest bc Im not making anymore, this one person is eating all the food, They keep playing with me, I dont have time to make more she even walked behind me to tell her coworker about how she felt, while intentionally being loud enough to make sure I heard her. I got about 1-1.5 servings of food, but definitely not more than anyone else, but apparently that was too much for her. You would have thought I stole her lunch or something the way she was so emotionally antagonistic towards me about it. As other guest would come to tell her the coffee needs to be refilled or the food trays were empty, she said they took all the coffee? Or wouldnt answer. Two guests even asked the front desk when breakfast ended and she confirmed 10am why would you stop 40min before saying theres not enough time?
She obviously has never been held accountable for this, and I highly doubt this was the first day she chose to act out on the job. Outside from customer service/hospitality, the room was okay, clean for the most part, the bathroom appears older. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful when the printer didnt work, and there was a man who was cleaning the lobby that was also very nice and pleasant.
