It was difficult to commit to going. It was stressful to fully participate. It was easy to see and feel the positive results. I can't believe how damage from over the years was given the space to really start healing in 1 weekend. If you feel you just can't have that repeating argument 1 more time, you're speaking different languages, or hopeless that everything you try has failed - this is a great place to start.
