Booked an appointment via class pass a full week in advance. Never received an email so as instructed called and left a voicemail 4 days in advance of my appointment leaving my name and call back # should they need any additional information. They then waited until the day of my appointment to cancel and the ONLY way i found out was when i searched through my emails from class pass they did not bother to directly call text or email me even though that information was provided to them via voicemail 4 days ago. Appointment slots should not be open for booking if you can not fulfil them. Furthermore if you are not able to preform the booked service the customer should be notified directly!

I definitely give Jocelyn a 5. She really listened and understood the root of my pain. I usually get deep tissue massages just to reach the areas of pain. She was able to give me a lighter touch but still reach the deep problem areas. I left feeling great and have been neck and shoulder pain free since 3/7/24. I will definitely be returning.

I just received another fantastic massage from Jocelyn! Today she focused on stretching the lower part of my body as well as the massage. I feel lighter, and less tight in my hips! Thanks Jocelyn!!

Excellent small service business with extraordinary service. Ive been a client for years and would not dream of going anywhere else for a massage in the Atlanta area. Im not a fan of chain massage businesses as they do such volume, client feedback is not really valued. Here, you are valued and receive a deeply personalized experience and service.
