Ms. Trishuna Brown is excellent at customer service, making her customers feel welcome and going above and beyond to resolve their issues. 4 stars only because the security man at the main entrance looked like customers to the building were bothering him.

I called the health department and I was told to go before 2:30 pm as a walk in and I got to the facility at 2:09 pm and I was told that due to the short nurse staff they can not take care of me. Heath Department at Decatur is not opened until 4:00 pm. Do not even go if the customer service tells you to go. Go to the heath department at 4 am if you want to be seen Monday through Thursday.

The service here is more than horrible except for the pharmacy. Im switching to North Decatur. My doctor who is DR.Kaiser is a joke. Run far away from her because her medical license needs to be taken asap. That lady is crazy. Destiny the front end manager has a nasty attitude. It is so unorganized here. I had to make up a story just to get transferred since they make up stories to their patients and constantly lie. Do not get dr Kaiser she is a racist Jew
